- 100 gram rice flakes
- 3 teaspoon ghee
- 5 tablespoon sugar
- 5 cashew-nut
- 5 raisin
- Wash rice flakes with water.
- Roast rice flakes in 2 teaspoon of ghee for 5 minutes in medium heat.
- Grind the rice flakes in mixer well.Then add 5 tablespoon of sugar and grind it well with rice flakes.
- Roast the cashew-nuts and raisins separately in 1 teaspoon of ghee for 1 minute in medium heat.
- Add the roasted cashew-nuts and raisins into the grind-ed mixer and mix well with hand.Make it into small balls.Tasty ladoo is ready :)
